Why does plant cell possess large-sized vacuole?
Plant cells posses large-sized vacuoles to hold water and food.
Explanation:
Plants can’t move around like other beings thus they need a mechanism to store food and water for extreme conditions.
Thus plants have large vacuoles as a reservoir for food and water to overcome unfavourable conditions.
