Salt is obtained from seawater by the process of evaporation.
Explanation:
Evaporation is the process of conversion of a material in liquid state to gaseous state.Here the sea water is evaporated converting it to vapour leaving behind the salts in sea water.
That is how we obtain salt from sea water.
