    If the light strikes the first mirror at an angle θ1, what is the reflected angle θ2?

      Solution: θ2 = θ1

      We know that for a plane mirror, according to first law of reflection, the angle of incidence is always equal to the angle of reflection.

      Angle i = Angle r

      θ2 = θ1

      Thus reflected angle θ2 is equal to θ1.
