    The discriminant of 9x2 + 2 = 10x is 28

    General form of a quadratic equation => ax2 + bx + c = 0

    Formula for discriminant => b2 – 4ac

    Comparing general form, we get

    a = 9, b = -10, c = 2

    Discriminant => (-10)2 – 4(9)(2)

    => 100 – 72

    => 28

    The discriminant of 9x2 + 2 = 10x is 28
