    For a scientific explanation to be testable, it must also be perceivable and measurable

    Explanation: Any scientific explanation or theorem should be perceivable and measurable because
    1. Only if it is perceivable i.e only if people can have views on it, we can look at the explanation from various views and validate it.
    2. Only if it is measurable we can measure according to the explanation and decide the validity and accuracy of the given explanation.

    For example, the explanation related to hawking radiation by Stephen Hawking didn’t get him a Nobel prize, as this theory regarding black holes is neither perceivable nor measurable as we neither have access to black holes nor a lot of data regarding them. Thus the theory is not testable.
